Yes, our Managing Director worked with the second largest Structural Warranty provider in the UK and knows the Structural Warranty standards insight out.
What is your typical turnaround time to design a single family 5 bedroom house (like on the picture below)?
For this particular project:
- RIBA Stage 3 - 2 weeks
- RIBA Stage 4 - 5 weeks
The project was to design a single family home in Bexhill overlooking the sea. Substructure was strip foundations. For superstructure we designed masonry walls and structural steel to support cantilevered parts and curves. We also provided fabrication packages for steel manufacturers for this project.
